Money-Back Policy
1. General Refund Rules
This Money-Back Policy explains when users may request a refund for purchases made on https://Astro.com. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases, subscriptions, digital content, reports, readings, and one-time purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless expressly stated in this Policy or required by applicable law. 2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of your trial period or current billing period. Deleting your account, closing the website, clearing browser data, or stopping use of Astro does not automatically cancel your subscription. After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the current paid period, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases: • You forgot to cancel before renewal • You no longer want to use the Service • You did not read the subscription terms before purchase • You expected different results from astrology or numerology content • You provided incorrect birth data or email address • You used or accessed the purchased digital content • The subscription renewal was already processed • The purchase was made through a third-party platform This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Digital Content and Immediate Access
Astro provides digital content, including astrology readings, numerology reports, compatibility insights, forecasts, and related personalized materials. By purchasing digital content or starting a subscription, you acknowledge that access to the Service may begin immediately after payment confirmation. Where permitted by law, once digital content has been delivered or accessed, the purchase may become non-refundable unless the content is defective or applicable law provides otherwise.
7. EEA and UK Residents
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to withdraw from a digital service agreement within 14 days from the date of purchase. However, if you expressly consent to immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that you may lose your withdrawal right once digital content is delivered or performance begins, you may not be eligible for a full refund, unless required by law. 9. App Store, Google Play, and Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased a subscription or digital product through Apple App Store, Google Play, PayPal, Paddle, Stripe, or another third-party payment platform, the refund may be handled by that platform according to its own rules. We may not be able to issue refunds for purchases controlled by third-party platforms. Please contact the relevant platform directly if your purchase was made through it.
10. Processing Approved Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will usually be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider and may take several business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
