1. Overview

This Subscription Policy explains how subscriptions work on mycosmicprofile.com, including pricing, billing cycles, trial conditions, renewal, and cancellation. By purchasing a subscription you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.

All prices are in USD. Billing occurs on the first day of each new billing period. The exact amount charged will always be shown before you confirm a purchase.

3. Trial Period

Your subscription begins with a one-month introductory trial at $1.00. The trial period starts on the date of your first payment and ends exactly one calendar month later. Unless you cancel before midnight (23:59 UTC) on the last day of your trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate of $19.99/month. No separate notification is sent before the trial converts — it is your responsibility to cancel in time if you do not wish to continue.

4. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically every calendar month on the first day of the new billing period. You will be charged using the payment method you provided at checkout. If payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend access until payment is resolved. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before midnight (23:59 UTC) on the last day of your current billing period.

5. How to Cancel

Include your registered email address We confirm cancellation within 1 business day. After cancellation, you retain access to all paid features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by law.

6. What Is Not Cancellation

The following actions do NOT cancel your subscription: ✗ Deleting your account or profile ✗ Closing or uninstalling the website/app ✗ Clearing browser data or cookies ✗ Stopping use of the Service ✗ Not logging in You must follow the steps in Section 5 above to cancel.

7. Refunds

All purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or described in our Money-Back Policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at [email protected] before initiating a payment dispute.

8. Changes to Pricing

We may change subscription prices at any time. If your price changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance to the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
